Pixel Beast LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. This policy explains what the Studio does with information submitted through the Staff Portal. The Terms & Conditions are the contributor agreement. This policy is about the information itself.

1. Who receives it

Pixel Beast LLC is responsible for applications sent through this portal. Write to [email protected].

2. What the form collects

The application asks for:

  • your full legal name, age, and country of residence;
  • your email address and Discord;
  • the role you want, and your answers about joining, your strengths and weaknesses, your time, and other projects;
  • your portfolio or CV; and
  • your acceptance of the contributor terms.

The portal also receives ordinary technical information a host keeps so the site can run, such as a request log. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not record calls. If you are later engaged, the terms allow the Studio to record development calls and meetings about the Game. That recording is not part of this form.

3. Why it is used

The Studio uses the application to:

  • read it and decide whether to talk to you;
  • reply to you, including on the Discord or other contact you gave;
  • keep a record that you accepted the contributor terms;
  • check that you are at least 18; and
  • meet a legal duty if one applies.

The Studio does not sell this information and does not use it for advertising.

4. Where it goes

When you submit, the application is stored by the Studio and sent by email to [email protected]. People at the Studio who review staff applications can read it. A mail or hosting provider may process it only so delivery and storage work. Those providers are not free to use it for their own purposes.

The Studio is in Wyoming. You, and the providers who send or store the application, may be somewhere else. The application may be handled where the Studio and those providers operate, including the United States.

5. How long it is kept

The Studio keeps the answers in an application for the hiring process and for up to twenty-four months after a decision, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute or for the law. The record that the contributor terms were accepted is kept for as long as the Studio needs it to show that the agreement was made. Confidentiality and ownership under those terms do not expire on a short clock. You may ask for the application answers to be deleted sooner. The Studio may keep the record of the agreement itself.

6. Your requests

You may email [email protected] to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. The Studio will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Age

This portal is only for applicants who are at least 18. It does not accept applications from anyone younger, and it does not collect parent or guardian information. An application that says the person is under 18 is refused.

8. Security

The Studio uses reasonable care to keep applications from being read by people who should not have them. No website or inbox is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, bank details, or government identity numbers in the form. Credentials for the Game, if you are later engaged, are covered by the terms and are not collected here.

9. Changes

The Studio may update this policy. The date at the top is the date of the version in front of you. An application already sent stays under the policy in effect on the day it was sent, except where a change is required by law. This version was modified on 7 October 2026.
